If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to do so right away. Please note that if an order is already shipped or in transit we may not be able to cancel it. Wine order cancellations should be made as soon as possible after placing your order by calling our Customer Service department during business hours at 800-946.3036. If we are not able to change or cancel an order because it is already in process or shipped, recipients may refuse delivery if they no longer want the order. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, a refund can be requested, less shipping and handling charges and a $25 restocking fee. ReturnsIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send the product, including packing slip, back to 800wine and you will receive a credit within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item minus the initial shipping fee. If the product is defective, please contact our customer service department (customerservice@800wine.com) and we will make arrangements for pickup or shipment of the item. For certain items such as Riedel crystal, a $25 return fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling fees. In addition, there may be a restocking fee of $15 - $25 for alcoholic products and certain other items, depending on the location of the fulfiller and size of the order. For alcoholic items, returns are often not possible because many states specifically prohibit returns through the three-tier system. Please call us at (415)398-9463 if you have received an alcoholic product you believe to be defective, and we will do all we can to arrange for a replacement or credit. Please note that national carriers such as UPS and FedEx do not provide coverage for alcoholic products damaged or tainted while in transit. For your security, when returning (non-alcoholic) items, please ship your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. 800wine is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. |
