Made from grapes from the Château’s 40-year old vines, the wine shows excellent balance and silky tannins with hints of licorice on the finish. The wine pairs beautifully with lamb, beef, and pasta dishes with rich sauces and mushrooms. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
