Surprise Me -- Think of this as the Chocolatiers pick. We select from our finest chocolates to compose an assortment that will surprise and impress.

Comfort -- This assortment is for the traditionalist who will appreciate the artisan techniques used in our small batch production, a great introduction to Chokola’j.

Local -- Focused on the very special agricultural products produced in our small community on the East End of Long Island.

Mixology -- Simply intoxicating. From Grand Cru to natural casks, this is a theme based on fine wines, cordials and other notable spirits.

Dark -- Only dark chocolate based chocolates.
